General Error SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Just started getting this error msg this morning initially when logging in & then when opening a page or posting using Firefox. Can work around it, but thought it worth highlighting as it may cause issues for some:
'General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]
Unknown MySQL server host 'mx5cartalkcom.easycgimysql.com' (0) [2005]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.'

Been getting a new General Error intermittently over the last few days - mentions too many questions for MX5cart or similar - will copy & paste it next time.

Couldn't access site. I think a fake user spammed the site until it crashed.

Still getting this at least until yesterday:

Yes, it appears about 50% of the time recently.

Just started getting the following upon login today:
ucp.php?mode=login
'Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I was getting it as well for a little bit there yesterday. No issue today.

Strange ... I have noticed that that on MS Edge, the icon for the site is no longer green, but black. Change seems to have coincided with the last hiccup.

But it works, and that is what matters!
