Looked at an ND bootlid and it is narrower at rear edge of the lid (as confirmed by above measurements). Shape and curve is similar to NA, so am wondering if the ND spoiler will kind of fit the NA?

What about the curve along the boot edge? The ND looks like quite a sharp angle along the edge compared to the NA, which may cause an ND lip to sit with a gap. This could I suppose be solved with a small amount of non corrosive colour matching silicone/filler applied to fill the gap.

Yes, I agree, the back edge is sharper. It depends also how the spoiler sits. A small gap is OK as long as it is not too visible. Must check it it blocks the NA third brake light.
