Clearly been used - there are scuff marks around where the indicators are, but are otherwise surprisingly transparent, no cracks, chips etc. I have given them a quickie touchup with a one-step headlight cleaner, a repeat would lift them further. A cutting compound on the scuffing might work there and remove what is basically the only blemishes. They need a couple of the little adhesive nylon bumpers from Bunnings Mazda Accessories too, to stop further scuffing.
