You probably knew about this, but I didn't until yesterday. MX5 Parts in the UK have new centre caps for the LE wheels - just under $100 delivered to Oz:

I lost one a few years back and couldn't find replacements that didn't cost an important part of my anatomy. I eventually spent more than $100 for one off a US Infinity that used the same wheels. I used a fake BBS centre. It's likely that no-one but me notices the difference, but I see it everytime I drive the car.
