Simona v k&n filter

Postby Grimace » Thu Jul 08, 2021 7:53 pm

Just after feedback on Simona v K&N air filter.

Just put a simona air filter in the car and I am unsure whether it feels as quick as it did with the K&N. I maybe just dreaming.

I have an SE. Anyone else had the same feeling?

If both the Simota & K&N are pod filters, it's probably a difference in sound that gives the impression of being quicker. Some years ago there was a pod filter shoot out which compared Simota, K&N & others - 3A Racing was the winner: http://www.3aracing.com.au/HTML%20Folde ... %20Out.pdf
