Oil sender stainless T - where’d you get one?

I shopped around and ended up with a BSPT adaptor from PRL motorsports in the US. I didn’t realise that the port the oil pressure sender screws into is actually BSP thread.

I’m hunting for the correct T but have only come across mention of Trackspeed’s adaptor and Trackspeed are currently kaput.

Do you know where else to get such a thing in stainless steel?

For clarity, the other end needs to be female BSP to accept the sensor, and NPT on the side to accept the NPT to -4an adaptor for the oil feed

I got one in my Kraken kit, actually it might be brass. I don't think I'll be using it because the SE block has an oil feed. If the mechanic who's doing my install didn't use and it's still with in the parts pile, it's yours.

I bought a steel one from autotech motoring in the US, shipping cost more than the actual part though

that would be awesome! I do want to track down a stainless one for supposed durability (but they appear to be hens teeth).

I had a look on their site, and they are quoting theirs as a BSPT fitting rather than a BSP fitting. They are also referring to the 'T' in 'BSPT' as 'Thread' when this is usually short for 'tapered'. Do you know if yours sealed on a crush washer or tightened on the thread before bottoming? The photos on their site look like BSP (straight thread).

Cant remember exactly but Im pretty sure i used a crush washer into the block

I would strongly advise against using a t straight off the block. I've remote mounted my pressures sensors using a pre-made -3 brake line.

Set up is as follows;

block > 1/8" BSPT m to -3 AN m > -3 AN f to -3 AN f stainless line > -3 AN m to 1/8" NPT m > 1/8 npt f tee

I then have a mount on the chassis that the oe pressure sensor sits in.

I've has the set up for ages now, I bought everything from motorsport accessories before they moved to Brendale.

Is the thread in the block tapered or parallel? I’ve seen lots of people mention BSPT, (t for tapered) but the sensor I removed from the port looks like straight thread to me.

Now that I think about it, rather than T off the block, I could use the block port solely for the turbo oil supply, and use one of the ports in the oil relocation block for the sensor.

Don't know, but female BSPT threads aren't common.
BSPT male threads seal in straight female BSP threads, & is the most common combination for tapered connections.
