not one I'm willing part with at this stage. I do have one lying around and it has been shaved to within the width of a pubic hair of its life. I'm thinking of resurrecting it because I have 2 spare engines. It has bent valve as well as the alloy bits of the valve guides in the camber broke off. unsure if this is salvageable or not.

He's constantly threatening to close up shop, so I'd chase it up sooner than later, especially if you've already paid!

Very nice. Now to see who gets theirs installed first

Considering my car has been basically immobile for 6 months, the odds are in your favor.

arrived in the mail today
Kracken low mount.jpg

3 inch exsaust & downpipe.jpg

I originally ordered the lowmount in mid AUG 2019.....and then waited for updates & exsaust & so on.

I need to upgrade the clutch & decide on a turbo,so therefore the engine needs to come out   not looking forward to that. Intercooler also needs to be sorted & the plumbing. I dont have a garage unit perhaps Jan or Feb 2021....id say this time next year perhaps

That photo of him after the job (minus a large portion of his soul) was somewhat terrifying.

What he does is not for the faint hearted...

since my turbo install is still off some considerable time I'm thinking of resurrecting my BP4W head with cams & hero shave . it needs a few valves replaced & should do wonders on the 10.5: CPR engine....with the hero shave on it.

I'm going to look into it over the next few weeks . have some Normally aspirated drama back in my life.

in other news I have a intercooler that bolts onto the bottom of the radiator coming,

we have cyber week comming so be ready to pounce on some good prices.

next week I have the new high hp clutch going in. And fix a oil leak i have. alo need to fix the floor as hydrolic fluid has eaten some holes intooo the floor over the years.

You're perhaps seeing a lot of discount offers coming into your e-mail box.

the ramp up started last week. This week you'll most likely get bombarded with very appealing offers.

This coming Friday is Black Friday. its a big day.....some pretty decent discounts around for that already.
Cyber Monday however, will blow Black Friday into oblivion. and pencils have been sharpened considerably for that day.
you may find those extra special prices may last 24 hrs or a few days. Depends on the site.

This is bigger than the old Boxing day sales at Grace Brothers & David Jones in the old days.and it certainly beats online sales on boxing day sales

However you must know the going price for whatever you're getting. There are always places who are not giving genuine discounts
