Regarding the radiator... Yep, I’m sure you’re right - it will be over-cooled. However... Expensive Engine + Big Radiator & Fans = Peace of Mind.
Regarding progress, today is going really well. I put oil in the engine, and none came out. I put coolant in the radiator, and none came out. The diff is full. The gearbox is full. The throttle linkages are adjusted and the cable connected. My mate Rusty saved my arse with this amazing solution...


It works an absolute treat!!!
Here are some more progress shots. Packaging is still a bit messy, but that’s will all happen eventually. I’ll tidy up cable runs and hose runs once I’ve got it all connected and operational.



I forgot that the coolant overflow bottle goes here, so I spent an hour or so modifying the bracket so that they can happily coexist.

The air filter has not arrived, hence no trumpets and filter box. It was ordered about a month ago, but... Dramas with Competition Systems. Not my favourite vendor.
