How strict are the "lighting and turn signalling.." regulations for prodsports? Does that just mean the headlights/tail-lights, and indicators, or does it include full working interior lights, hazard light switch etc?

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The starting, lighting and turn signalling apparatus must be in working order at the start of each competition.
Number plate lights and side indicator repeater lamps may be removed. All globes must at least meet the
original equipment specification. Aftermarket ECU’s are allowable. All electrical systems are otherwise free.

You need a high intensity red 'rain light' at the rear. You can get away with disconnecting the eye level brake light and connecting it up to a power supply through a switch, at least I did for one event. But I guess a scrutineer could enforce having the real thing.
