Not as simple as you might think. ND aftermarket tiny compared to NA/NB which itself is tiny compared to say, the Mustang. Market for FIA seats specifically tailored to the ND, tiny compared to overall ND aftermarket. Then there is the FIA certification process, which isn't free. Then there are R& D and tooling costs for a new or revised FIA seat. Anyway, we are not in the seat business.

Our color will remain the orange you know, because it is the most fastest orange

. No idea what Mazda's future plans are.

Thought this was worth a pic. Just delivered our first of 2 (of 29) cars sold through the token system mazda implemented. Car is very well done, colour awesome, process to get one fair and worked well.
Just to top it off, our customer traded in his 25th edition in on it.

OMG. The color is exactly what I was hoping it would be.

I'll just have to wait for the 35 or 40 year model and wait for someone to trade in their 30 year.

1500ss also known as Luce, lovely car designed by Bertone (reputedly Guigaro!) for Alfa but bought by Mazda.

130kg or whatever so what? The NC has a proper retractable roof and more usable space - not cut down everything- stowage is poverty level in ND. The more I see it the less I like it. The return to soft top was a bad move and the RS looks funny and is expensive. Weight always a joke- look at the car park. What does a Porsche weigh or a Mustang - the public just does not care about a car weight.

different strokes I guess, I have always been underwhelmed by the NC

130 KG lighter with more grunt, it is certainly a better performance proposition

Picked up the new car today.
Loving the ND but keeping the NC.

Stan, the onset of age may have something to do with my thoughts, the NC is nice, a bit more room, quiet, and the PRHT but there are times when I miss my NB8B. We spent a club day in Central Victoria on the ND's first release and the first thing that struck me was the 'cheapness' of everything as well as the 'Bling' look and feel but for fun the 1500 fitted with the auto was great. Greg.
