Strange Accessories!

Hi guys. Looking over my new (to me) 2009 NC2 Roadster, I found these two ‘spares’ in the glovebox. Are they meaningful to anybody or garbage? Thanks in advance...

Underbody drainage point bungs, yes should be on the car, if they are indeed an MX5 part?

Writing looks Chinese rather than Japanese.

There are hiragana and kanji characters on that packet. You might not know but there are three different sets of characters in Japanese. Kanji are borrowed from the Chinese.

It's Japanese, I remember that much.

Translation apps are useful for this. The top line says "plug attachment". The characters down the side just refer to the language for that line then the bottom line basically says "installation instructions"
