Ok, the NB8B bottoms out quite easily in the rear. It's only done 57000 km but then again is 17 years old. So I figure I need new rear shocks for it. It only ever sees occasional road use and will not become a track toy. Front seems fine. It is stock height on stock springs and is going to stay that way.
I'm thinking of buying KYB 341254 rear shocks and KYB SM5139 mount kit for the back of it.
The question is, what bump stops to get?

Yeah maybe the originals will be fine, haven't looked yet. But it's good to get everything that you might need first up. Not sure about shaft diameter of oem shocks compared to the KYB's. I stuck KYB's on my Subaru and they had a smaller diameter shaft than OEM.

Wouldn't think it matters. Bigger, they will stretch, smaller they just sit on the top of the shock ...
I never met a horsepower I didn't like (thanks bwob)

Yeah, with the Subaru that's what I did, they just sit on top of the shock. But I sorta thought it would be best if they didn't wear out the internal hole over time by moving up and down constantly with the shock. OCD maybe.
