Yeah I am in Sydney actually. That would be amazing if you were able to do that?!?!? As long as it's not too much trouble.
Don't have a whole lot of money spare these days. But would get you a case or something for your efforts.
Relapse. It’s not about the money. I’m just lending you a spare pump. Let’s see how We go. I’m unsure of its state. Unfortunately I’m going OS is on Friday . I’ll be away for almost 2 weeks. So let’s keep a weekend in mind early next month. I live in Leichardt so I don’t have off street parking so it would be best to do it at your place if you have off street parking. I’ll pm you my details . Let’s get this sorted. I’ve got all the tools required. I have a spare pump I’ve had sitting under the house for at least 15 years.
I’ve had lots of people help me in the past in many ways. What comes around goes around. Eventually.

After all this heavy rain I noticed a pool of water sloshing around under the carpet of the passenger foot well and seat. ( There is a small cut out in the carpet, and if I stick my finger in it I can feel about an inch worth of water)
I checked the drain area in the parking else shelf. And it was clogged with a screw that attaches the parcel shelf itself. So the machenic has removed it and forgot to put it back in and now it's clogged the hole.
I unblocked all the drain holes I know of ( two on the front and two on the back under the car - on the thin rail thing)
But there is still a tone of water in the car. Is there like a plug directly under passenger seat or something I can pull out, to release all the water...??
Like if I were to drill a hole in the bottom of the car under the seat I feel like half a bucket of water would poor out.
You’ve done what you can . The water has to drain. Keep clearing the holes especially if it keeps raining. I’ve had an ECU get wet & go belly up. Also I’ve had bolts of the seats rails rust tight. It’s in your intrest never to let your 5 flood.

Relapse, just in case you're not familiar with the ECUs location, the ADM NA6/NA8 factory ECU is located at the front of the passenger side footwell under an open sided cover which the passengers feet usually rest on, hence Stan's emphasis on draining any water or fluid from this area & always keeping it dry.

There is a plug under the seat and another in the floorpan footwell area that can be removed if water needs to drain but I'd be removing the seats and trim to at least peel carpet back and usr a heater to dry the carpet and underlay out or its wetdog smell for eternity!
The circled silver bit at top of unit in previous pic provided can get all cruddy and if the sender unit has been pulled out and left to dry for long enough the dried gunk can render the fuel sender useless. Can be cleaned and repaired but care is essential when cleaning about the rheostat inside. Have had this happen a couple times and managed to get them working again.
Usually though when a new pump is installed they will use a generic fuel sock that will be installed backwards or incorrectly and give an incorrect reading, if you're getting no gauge movement at all even with a full tank it is likely a plug issue, easy enough for you to access plugs and check for corrosion on plug contacts or poor connection.
StanTheMan could have a poke about for you if swapping sender units.

The plugs here also can have poor contact due to crud or poor connection.
