NC2 Recaros

Postby rvlovell » Sat Feb 16, 2019 10:27 am

Hi, looking at buying an NC. Is it worth an extra couple of grand for one with Recaros?
What are your thoughts?

Try them on, I had considered them when I purchased my NC (2009) but found that they were a little restrictive. P.S. I have a 44 inch chest. Greg.
When you turn your car on, does it return the favour?

I'm going to try one tomorrow. They are going to have to be awesome to make up for those nasty wheels and hardtop though.

Ok, tried them out and although I fitted they are very snug accross my shoulders. The side bolsters were very worn, to be expected I guess.

I'd be happy to swap them for my NC1 seats? :D

Probably not getting it. Excellent condition was a gross overstatement.

Lotsa people use the term 'excellent condition' as a throw away line. They even stretch the meaning of 'new'.
