Hmmm, I wish but I'm still waiting for my cams to arrive.
Once the cams arrive I can then remove the 2.0 engine from the Tart and start removing everything ready to swap over and send the head off to be decked and ported by a local firm. Then I'll fit the new valvetrain and cams and bolt the head and block back together with the new ARP bolts, time everything up, fit the clutch and drop it back in. I then need to load a base tune for the cams, go out and drive it a bit to log some files, send those off to the tuner and then load the final tune. I'm
I've upgraded the valvetrain so I can rev the engine higher. It's my understanding that these engines respond very well to revs and whilst I won't be running a race cam I should see some good gains between 5.5k and the 7.5k redline. I should be able to rev to 8k with these springs/valves but from my research the power drops off a cliff past 7.5k with mild cams.
While the engine is out I'm fitting new engine mounts, I've gone OEM as I've never had a problem with missing shifts on track and don't want the extra NVH. I'm also having to fit new COPS pig tails as they're currently causing a misfire still where they cracked and I didn't effect a great repair (twice

The 2.0 has a lightened flywheel and exedy clutch which will get swapped over and I'l keep the GWR ceramic header too.
I've also ordered a straight through, race muffler which will be, er, interesting!
