Re: Will 16x8 +25 fit NB without rolling guard
I had 15x8+25 on mine, unrolled.
the guard clearance will be the same despite the diameter difference
Fit fine with 205/50/15 tyres, albeit close to the inner guard lip.
Under compression the tyres maybe cleared it by 2mm or something.

Re: Will 16x8 +25 fit NB without rolling guard
People fit 15x8's +25 with 225/50/15 tyres. Rolling is required and depending on suspension setup you may scrape guard liners under compression.
16x8 + 25 with 225/45/16 tyres fitted is very close to the same rolling diameter as above. 3mm bigger, only 1.5mm extra clearance needed.
But of course every tyres is slightly different. Yokohama A050's 225/50/15 are 240mm accross the tread face!

Depending how much negative camber you run, that may fit without rolling.

As Luke is saying, you'll be very close, particularly in the rear.
I would remove the shock (reinstall without the spring if this is something you can do, like with aftermarket coilovers), fit the wheel and jack the control arm up through the full range of motion to check clearance before running it. Be prepared to roll if/as necessary. If there's the slightest rubbing, don't use them until you sort out your clearance, or you will mess up your fenders.
