Reminds me of the Ferrari GTO kits for the 240Z ... and just about as desirable :frown: .

Hard pass.

The C2 Corvette is one of my top 5 styling jobs of all time.
When you start to mess with perfection you get....a Series 2 E Type.
A fun rendition all the same.

Kind of like the 4 cyl turbo Mustangs ..... they may be quick, but just don't work for me .....

There are some things in this world I'd rather not know about, this has just moved to the top of the list.

Yeah, I owned/imported 2 of them (matching white pair of 64's) and sold the convertible. Then I LS3 swapped the coupe, its a fun car !

Street Machine did an article on it a couple of years back :

Gobsmacked! The Coupe is my favourite but the Convertible is one of a small number of cars that look as good without the roof as they do with it.
The C2 and C3 are like spaceships compared with anything else of the same vintage in the US.

Thats why Chevrolet gave every US Astronaut a brand new Corvette (on a dollar lease, because they couldn't take gifts) :D

Nice Daz, those two corvettes are beautiful. Nice work on the engine swap. Would love to have those in my garage.
