IIRC, project.r.racing has posted re the GL4 & GL5 question (assuming vehicle manufacturer lists GL5 as suitable), but can't find his posts on here so here's one from the AstinaGT forum. Essentially a GL5 oil is fine as long as that particular GL5 oil complies with a 'MIL' spec: http://www.astinagt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20625

Yes I'd definately stick with GL4 in the 6 speed, because the factory manual only mentions GL4
