Who's oil change? Yours?
Also, I'm doing a FUCA swap now, that's my big resource hog job. And spacers on top of my shocks. Hardest part will be dropping and re-attaching the front sway bar, stupid re-enforcement blocks! I'll be there bright and early to get started asap, then out of the way as quick as possible.
And lastly, you forgot Lokiel's smoked lamb!

It will be a free oil change to somebody who turns up and wants it. Hopefully a delivery of Takumi oil will turn up before Friday and they have sent some extras. Person would need to have their own oil filter.ManiacLachy wrote:Who's oil change?

The more the merrier. I swear, coilover setups are the most popular job at these events.
Magpie, I think it's time you got a quick-jack setup, so we don't have to faff about with trolley jacks and long handles.
My girlfriend has volunteered to send me off with some baked goods for us as well Should go well with coffee or tea. I'll be there bright an early. 4am is my usual Monday wake up time, but I might sleep in an extra 30 minutes this week

Gday all. I am definitely a non-starter for the diff. My projects multiplied like crazy in the last three days! Which is a good thing. But bad for the time poor. So i'll waste a few more hours and come out and say hello!
And a heads up to all... gearbox rear oil seals seem very hard to find off the shelf at the moment.

Shed is ready for business. I changed the layout so there is a little more room, way to spend a couple of days. Also the Takumi oil arrived so one person can get a diff/gearbox/engine oil change on Takumi

I think some one dibs'd the diff oil, but my gearbox should be nicely accessible while I'm working on the suspension bits ;)

My apologies guys, I wanted to get there but on the return trip from seeing my ailing sister in Toowoomba this arvo i misinterpreted the signage for the Ipswich Boonah Rd exit and missed it. Couldn't see a U-turn facility either. So I reluctantly proceeded home. Shall try to get to the next one.
Hope the day went well for everyone.
Cheers,
david
