NA6 12mm rear swaybar mount D bushes - where to get?

Postby twr7cx » Sat Sep 01, 2018 7:27 pm

Is Mazda the only source for new mount D bushes for the 12mm rear swaybar as fitted to an 89 JDM NA6 (I believe the genuine Mazda part number is NO23-28-156) or is there an aftermarket urethane option? I looked in the Nolathane, Superpro and Whiteline catalogues and the only listings are for 16 and 17mm bushes which would suit aftermarket bars.

EDIT: found one source suggesting Superpro SPF0722-12K < https://www.superpro.com.au/show-produc ... PF0722-12K > may be suitable but it's not listed for the NA MX-5 in their online catalogue. Will try to call their tech department during the week.

Don't know about aftermarket, but try Amayama for best price on OEM: <https://www.amayama.com/en>

Yes that would work. the -12k suffix designates bar diameter which in this case is 12mm.

Can confirm that the Superpro SPF0722-12K were a perfect fit on my 89 NA6 standard rear swaybar.
