Good mechanic - Alexandria/Waterloo area (201 suburbs)

Hi all,

Did a good search on the board but could not find this question, so figured I will post one. Is there a good mechanic around Alexandria/Waterloo area? My NB8B, just choked the other day and would not start. The engine turns over but I almost hear no ignition spark. Might be the plugs, might be the pump or even filter... Might be the battery too.

Working on it but I am short of time, plus I need it fully inspected and "tightened" up... oh and I see a oil around the edges at the back of the head...

So if anyone already had some experience like this and can tell me where to start, or point me to a good mechanic who won't ask me for my kidneys, I would be forever grateful (so will be my other kidney).

A bit late here probably, only just seen this post.
Can recommend a mechanic in Rosebery.
Dee's Automotive. 9662 4422
Dee did the mods to my SE in 2016, knows the technology, computer wiz.
Has worked for Lexus and Audi.
He's young and enthusiastic.
Happy to give him this plug ...............................
