Thought I'd share my recent purchase. My aim was functioning Bluetooth that didn't cost an arm and leg, involve cutting wires or replacing the headunit.
The solution is the Anker SoundSynch Drive. Review here at https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best- ... ar-stereo/
So $59.95 delivered and arrived yesterday by express post. It is plug and play setup so will provide some feedback once I put it in and start using it.

Re: Bluetooth Alternative for NC2
I had a belkin aircast ($85 delivered) in my people mover, it worked well but you had to press it each time you started the car for it to pair.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Re: Bluetooth Alternative for NC2
Well I can now add that it works a treat.
The only thing I need to remember is that:
- Need to synch it each time I start the car - no issue at all,
- When receiving a call I need to flick to AUX before answering, and
- To dial, select AUX first too.
