Fujitsubo RM-01A cat back?

Just wondering if anyone has had this or heard it in person?

I'm a fan of Japanese exhausts so while I know it may not be the best performing exhaust I'm sure it'll fit perfectly and be nicely put together. What I'm not sure of is how loud it'll be and what the note is like (youtube vids are often deceptive). It also weighs a lot less than stock and given I'm remaining naturally aspirated this time around any weight reduction will be welcome.

The Legalis R version from what I can find is basically exactly stock volume said to be 90db has a great note but weighs 2kg more than stock. This RM-01A version is said to be 92db and almost half the stock weight but paper and real world perception can differ.

A lot of the stuff for older models is getting harder to find as manufacture has been discontinued in many cases. Found one for a good price so if I can work out a cheap enough way to get it here I think I'll go for it.

Not sure about buying second hand exhausts as it could be quite old (5s are nearly 30 yrs old). Even stainless steel 'corrodes', especially in an exhaust.
If you could get a new one that would be great.

I wouldn't buy second hand, I know metal fatigues when heat cycled so you wouldn't really know what you're getting unless you can buy from someone you know/trust. The one I've located is new though, they're still around if you look.

Secondhand exhausts are usually fine, just look at it before buying.

fatigue isnt really that much of an issue for something that sees minimal bending stress etc, it mainly just hangs by the rubbers and directs gas.
If a weld pinholes, or starts to crack, it's 10mins at the local exhaust shop to weld it up again.
