The brakes are CP3344 bodies, pad pattern CP3345D44 - Competition Friction (AP distributors) have specs for everything, and the current AP parts catalogue has listings for pistons, seals, bridge piece, bleed nipples, you name it. They can supply Ferodo pads in just about any compound, obviously Hawk is an option, that is what Chris was using and what is in the caliper now.
The rotor is a 280mm diameter DBA7860, 10 bolt fitting, the stamped numbers are a bit uneven and hard to read so I may not have that part number right.
I have done a test fit on my 15x8 6UL wheels, and no issues. There is ample radial clearance, the caliper rotated freely around the disk without fouling the inside of the spokes. I note that Chris used 15x8 6ULs for his wets.
