Great day everyone- (sorry we lost ya at the very end phoe- we will get phone numbers before taking off next time- we should have anticipated that Currumbin SLSC would be packed out today  )

JBT- thanks again for your “back of the hand” knowledge of the great driving roads of SE QLD and Nothern NSW roads, as well as being the ideal lead car.

As always, outstanding to meet new people as well as seeing the familiar faces.

Next run will be comming up before long, stay tuned

In the meantime, I’ll invest in a few more jerry cans and make sure the Problem Child keeps up appearances at the local alcohol anonymous meetings

Only 1 fixed, clearly signed, speed camera on the northern side with an 80 limit right across.

Thanks everyone for organising the run and being there.

Good to meet a few new faces and seeing familiar faces.

The first run the RF has been on, did 407km yesterday in total.
The best 407km out of the 1772km it now has on the clock :D

I'm definitely keen on the next run, where ever it may be.

Hmmm...open to your wise suggestions JBT. I think the 435km I did yesterday was about enough give or take.

Here's a run - departing NLT 0700 - from Beenleigh to Queen Mary Falls (coffee & snack) and returning to Beaudesert (RSL or Maccas for lunch).

And yep,...Queen Mary Falls in the middle. 8) :NA6:

Looks good JBT, that run past The Head and Queen Mary Falls is one of my favorites. Distance looks good too.

Summer isn't really MX-5 weather anyway, I'm happy to wait.
