I have a NB Glass Soft top with broken tension cables.
How important are these tension cables when fitting the soft top, will i need to replace them?

Re: Broken Soft Top Tension Cables.
Mine have both snapped and I've yet to find any leaks or gaps around the windows. The roof folds and closes as normal too so I haven't been bothered to replace them yet. I just tuck them back in their sleeves every so often if I spot them hanging out.
Has anyone suffered any problems at all from not having tension cables?
