Not to mention that totally ruins the whole "plugin" aspect.
In saying that, I wouldn't be shocked if there are universal voltage regs out there, hell I know motorbikes use similar, so it would likely be easiest to just wire one of them in and send the regulated voltage to the ecu etc.
