A good early morning run. The first half of the run to O'Reillys from Canungra was fun. Until toyotas or something spoiled the party. Good to meet you folk. Here are the first photos, taken at Canungra.

A great drive in the country on a perfect SE Qld day with excellent company and a bonus Magpie drop-in centre visit. Thanks very much again Daffy for kicking this off. Looking forward to the next time. 8)

The days run run down;
Great!!!
A cool morning drive to the 1st meeting point (Dan Murphys Nerang)
Hooked up with a few more in Cunungra (not sure if the rotary sounding 5 that drove past was looking for us, but if so- you missed the left turn! :?
8 cars in all!
A run up to O'Riellys led by the best person for the job with the local road knowledge JBT (thanks John). :BROADY:
A great 1st half run up the winding mountain road till we hit traffic (bloody Toyotas).
Another chin wag and coffee/pies/sausage and bacon & egg rolls- the view was pretty spectacular! :MOCHA_LES:
One car left behind, the rest down the mountain-
A couple more parted ways from the Cunungra hook up point.
Those left then took off again led off by JBT through some great country roads to chateau au Mr Magpie! 8)
Thanks all who came- it was a perfect day with a great group, (for the folks from the Sydney MX5 cars, coffee and Nasho run.... wish you could have been here for it!)
Definitely another run to come soon enough! (Greg, I still owe you a comparison drive of the Problem Child- ManiacLachy, I hope you enjoyed :D
On behalf of the Problem Child and myself..... thanks for a great day out.

& more
Magpie....... the red one needs to be sorted JUST FOR THE STREET (I can put you onto a good mechanic/engineer and tuner that can replicate that "front-wheel-lift-off-the-ground" sensation that seemed to put a BIG smile on your face

No my place is flat and boring :(

Daffy you car is 'fun' boost can be addictive, however needs a lot stiffer springs for track use... If you get out to a track day I will repay the favour and toss you the keys to mine.

Great day, shame about the traffic on the second half of the way up (and allllll the way down). Thanks for the great company all, I'm looking forward to doing it again soon before the summer heat returns.
