in that case you don't need a buffer - just buy a bottle of this stuff gets some soft rags and start polishing. if I can spray and hand cut 20 odd cars by hand - ahhh! a hand job specialist
I am sure you can cut polish just the one
now for other reading - this is the best stuff I've used to date and was highly recommended to me by the paint and panel shop who supplies all the paint shops locally.
I used this stuff on the clear coat cut on my SE after the spray job. now even if your car was just a bit grotty/faded or had lost a bit of it's shine I would hit it with this stuff first.
if it glazed badly or crazy cracked on the clear coat...RIP!
unfortunately it's a full rub back and re-spray
I wouldn't even use sandpaper like 1500 wet to start it off either. I would try the cut polish first.
