Postby Coote_00 » Tue May 16, 2017 6:34 pm

Hey having issues calibrating tps on a auto na 1.6
It won't read any current and In tuner studio it says -12 Is getting power when testing with multimeter
And when I go to get current in the calibrate tps it stays on 0 for both closed and open throttle any advice cheers

Is it a variable TPS.?
Guaranteed?

That's what mine does. Mine is the standard type.
I use MAPdot. For now.
When you say tuner studios I'm assuming you're installing a Megasquirt .

Yes I believe so it has 4 pins not 3 and I've had it working just had install a new motor old one was a short nose but since new motor install it doesn't seem to want to get a signal and yes it's running megasquirt
Also idle is stuck at around 2k

Is the idle valve the old one from your previous engine or the one that came with the new engine?
Did you tune the previous engine ? Or is this the first time tuning?
