After using a Dremel to cut a rounded endlink nut off inside a wheel well in the middle of summer, I later bought a nut splitter for this job:
The Dremel took a long time but these splitters make short work of the task - so far I've not needed it on the car and only tested it on spare nuts but it's nice to have in the toolbox.
