Chiptorque ecu mod

Postby wasp47 » Tue Mar 21, 2017 12:32 pm

Just fitted the ECU with the Chiptorque mod, what a difference. Already has a BEGi CAI and I am waiting on the GFB MBC to arrive.2lb increase shouldn't do it any harm :D
Cheers

How much did it end up costing?

Did you send the whole ECU or did you remove the chip and send that?

The sp needs injectors and ecu for 250rwhp. Forget the SE.

I just came across this thread and thought of you. Glad to see you've enquired already. Now when are you getting it done?

Can the Chiptorque ECU chip control boost?

And wouldn't the soon to be added boost through off the tune?

Fitted the (problem child) SE 1st time around with bolt ons, and went the Chiptorque SE upgrade chip and xede piggy back for a 153-155kw increase (its the Problem Child they have as their promo YouTube vid). It was a nice upgrade with a good kick- but just for your future reference Wasp47, more power? Going further?? From my experience..............go with Nitrodann, wish I did. In hind sight when I wanted more, and believe me, you will be thinking about it to the least, he would be 1st port of call. I was lucky to find good people my way on the Gold Coast to sort me out- but If I coud have a do over and from my (exuberant) out of pocket experiences with Chiptorque ................Dann's the man. :DIY:
