With the SE, Chiptorque, on the Gold Coast do an excellent mod to the std ecu. You can post it to them with a list of mods. Mine is in at the moment, the second one they have done for me. Transforms the car. Have a look at their website. Another excellent, and cheap ,mod, is the Delrin shifter bush, best $30 I have spent on mine, a much more defined gate with the 6 speed.I bought mine from MIATAROADSTER in the states, good webite,$30 delivered.

Thanks guys, I'll do some more research and read some further threads on here.

Still can't decide between and NA8 or an NB SE. Will keep searching and see what grabs me. NSW seems to be a baren wasteland for NA8s lately so I'll just have to be patient - not one of my strong points...
