The headunit is a sony headunit (el cheapo one)
Im pretty sure there are standard speakers in the car.
Any clues and gueses was to what it is and how to get rid of it?

Check your head units earth-- the black wire, this should go direct to a clean steel part of the car, ideally a eye terminal bolted down... also check the speaker wires are correct and not going to earth....
NC2-- Tein Flex, Tomei Headers, GWR Super Q , RPF1, ECUtek Race Rom...

My stereo does the same thing (factory NA CD player) and I've never got around to sorting it out. I just don't listen to it.

Post on here if you find a fix!

Is normally caused by a dodgy ground somewhere in the circuit, a ground loop, or (albeit unlikely) a sign that your alternator is on it's way out.

Check your earths from the head unit, alternator, and battery, and that your speakers aren't earthed to the car body.
