Get name badge from MX-5 Club.

Wear name badge.

Very useful suggestion i don't think!!! I will go around all day looking to say hello to Magpie(and heaps of others) who if he took this advice will be wearing his name badge which of course I won't know. The whole aim was to try and get some interaction between forum members who we know by forum ID.
If you already know their name the the name badge is great!

I should be wearing a long sleeve MX5 QLD club shirt, name badge (I found it) and if I can find one a white carnation when not in race suit :)

Or a person who is 50+, overweight, black/white race suit (and possible carnation) with a red beard. It is Melbourne so I guess the black/white race suit matches my last name. People may now get the reference of Magpie/Collingwood football club mascot/my last name!

Yeah, my bad. I'd forgotten about people who don't use their names.

identification should be both universal and easy to make and best decided before people leave for Melbourne.(Wednesday or Thursday for some far away).
Unless someone with graphic design skills makes up something we can print, how about just forum name on a strip of light blue paper( 'cause that's the forum background colour),larger one to stick on windscreen or leave on dashboard.small one to pin on shirt.

Mine will be black on white with my forum name on top RH windscreen and the same on a name tag (as original suggestion and that is very clean )but who cares will be just nice to meet a few new people, you among them who chose to identify by their CarTalk ID!!
Thanks.

So my car will be the silver one with the rego BARMY and number 89. My badge will say Dave Moore. Come and talk to me about how to, and how not to, "invest" in a quick MX-5.

I'm the tall lanky fellow with a stupid beard. I hope to be spending not too much of the day fussing about on my track car, although it wont be driving on track.

A bit late, and not very useful, but I have attached my forum name to the top right corner on the windshield of my Kia, which will be parked in the visitors area, which I think is outside the grounds.

Not that anyone will likely care to meet me, but you'll know me because I'll be pushing the world's cutest MX5 fan in a pram.

I'm doing the parade lap and Show'n'Shine.
My car's got the Nissan motor and shark teeth on the guard. It will stand out.
