There's are a group of 5 of us qld guys heading down too, aim to be there Friday lunch time. Sadly none of us in our mx5s

What are these numbers and groups people are quoting???

The last correspondence I had from Mazda was back on the 6th of December saying they would send out more info 1 week before the event. So I am registered buts that's it.
Its now almost 1 week before and I have received nothing.

Also sent my entry form for the track event to Neil, who confirmed to me over the phone that my entry was received. But nothing since as well regarding group number, running order etc.

Luke, I am in the same boat. I emailed mazda loyalty and they confirmed my entry

I was also sent an entrant list and you and your dad are on the entrant list

I didn't see any info on the track day, where was that communicated?
Was it ownly advised to members of the MX5vic or nsw clubs....?

Neil sent out the supp regs on Sunday arvo (8/1) by email, guessing only to those who had entered the sprint..

2.2 The event is only open to members of a MX-5 club of Australia and vehicle type being MX-5’s only.

Yes going to the event, driving down in MX5 with some other QLD MX5 Club members, leaving wed 18th ...
yes have registered .....agree .....Mazda AU did say they were sending out more details a week before in their last email.......errrrr nothing yet but.

Someone explain the 19-23 dates? Is Saturday 21st the main day ?

My understanding is the 21st is the 'only' day Mazda Australia is doing anything......

On the Sunday MX5 Victoria will be hosting some runs through the Gippsland Area, you have to let them know if you are going for catering at lunch time etc.

Sorry, that's my stuff up. The NSW club is running this as a 5+ day event which includes travel down to Melbourne plus activities after the 21/1 with others. But the Fan Fest proper is the 21/1 only, I now realise.
