Hot under bonnet NC
Drove my car 15kms this afternoon with a half hour break in between (supermarket run). Checked fluids about 2 hours later (she had been garaged all this time) and could not believe how hot the washer fluid was! I know it was 35C this afternoon, but has anyone else experienced this? The temp gauge was normal for the journey and there was no "hot engine" smell when I popped the bonnet. Is this normal? Opinions eagerly sought.

Heat soak. There are a lot of hot things in there nearby. If the washer bottle hasn't melted it's all OK.
