Hi Adam
Just one more thing to put back in the car and I may be a late entry...

10 minutes. Tops. That's all you'll need :D

Am I a little naive? Surely you removed the tower brace to get the donk out.

Hi Mate-If you're working a morning shift :(as I often am), and scratching for time, you could use 1215 as a 'latest' target. Have paperwork ready to lodge and make the compulsory Driver's Briefing at 1230. You're showing as running in Group 41st group should go out at 1300(1PM:), and allowing for a minimum of 10mins per group, you will have 30mins to calmly have your car ready, and relax before going out for your 1st run. I'll be there around 1215 and give you a hand if U need.

BY THE WAY---- I will be making a seperate F S post later, but:-
If anyone going to the track day at LS today knows of or is 'mentoring' a potential MX5 'fun' car owner, I will have a TRACK READY plain Jane NB8A there for your consideration. Green in colour, it will be wearing #13

Thanks Adam for a great afternoon, hot but you ordered a nice breeze that kept most of us comfortable

Thanks also to QR Staff Matt Ronke, Barb at marshalling, all flaggies and the Office Staff & Canteen Staff for your as usual excellent work

Congratulations to Zoe in the red 86 on her PB today of 1:06.6888 and taking out the coveted 'Other Makes' for 2016 - remember every non-MX-5 is in just one class - great going girl!!

I ran the NA again today but could manage only 1:14.1 but happy with that as I don't push it flat out

Looking forward to 2017

Yes, a great day.Roger has said it all and I agree with all he says regarding the thank you's, he's much better at remembering names than me, thanks Roger!

Brian was pretty happy with his PB and mixing it with European exotics. Congrats are in order there and he din't spin TOO much!

I had a ball driving on road tyres having recently been running semi slicks, interesting how the brakes were stronger than the front tyres, had a few startling lockups braking for hungry corner which got the heart going! Everybody drove home smiling which is a great outcome. Roll on February 2017. A huge hats off to Adam the MX-5 Club of QLD Competition Secretary for making it all happen so smoothly this year.

It was great to see all the new and old faces in the pit lane at these friendly events.

Cheers all,
Keith
