So I have the motor out as it was leaking alot of oil from what appears to be many places. It turns out that it was just the rocker cover gasket.
After cleaning up and replacing the rocker gasket, front main/ oil pump seal and rear main seal, I am now about to drop it back in. Also have gearbox input and output seals too.
Anyway, as the flywheel bolts are drilled all the way through, what threadlock sealant do everybody use? I am looking at Threebond 1305 or 1324
Your thoughts on what works, what doesnt and where to get it would help alot.

Re: Threadlock sealant for flywheel bolts
Cannot help on the thread locker, but put a few bolts in first (no thread lock) then install the rest of the bolts (with thread lock) when these are in remove the few bolts first installed put thread lock on and reinstall. This will help prevent any thread lock squeezing out.

Re: Threadlock sealant for flywheel bolts
Loctite is a good product.
For flywheel bolts use 262 or 263 (liquid) or 268 (solid stick). Any engineering supplies or bearing place will have it.
