I know it doesn't look like much, but it looks so much better than before!

So, I've been chipping away at bolting bits and pieces on over the last few weeks. Had a mate come around today who's a fitter and turner to modify my re-route. Just had the outlet extended and rotated a small amount. Fitted that up and just need to get a cushion clamp to support it. I also went down to grab Kevgoats Speedhut boost gauge off of him. Keen to get that fitted up along with the Innovate MTX-D oil temp/pressure gauge I received this week. It's coming together now. All the big bits are bolted up, just got to do the gauges/head unit and go over things now.

Just a crappy phone snap to show my progress.

So the car has been on the road since August. Has only done 1000km since I went overseas for a month. Overall the car is about 85%. Tune needs some touching up still but runs well enough for me to do what I want so far. There's a few small oil leaks and one large one from the back of the motor. I'm suspecting the input shaft for that one. Biggest issue which I only discovered about 2 hours ago. Fuel in the oil. Can smell it on the dipstick and in the valve cover. Did a quick compression test and came up with 130 psi dead even, across all 4. Once I put the car back on the street I realised I forgot to hold the throttle open. So, will repeat on the weekend and hope for some higher numbers. Don't know where to start on stopping the fuel getting to places or shouldn't be.

So all this talk without a number. Car makes 156kw on 13psi. It's not massive in comparison to others on here but I really want to leave it as it is for the moment and try get 100% from it on the track. Will take me many, many track days though.

A few quick phone snaps to make this post about 10% interesting.

Looking good mate keep up the great work,
I understand the feeling of moving the solenoids, my NA8 had a bracket and a solenoid on the inner guard I removed and polished in there and it's amazing how such a small change can neaten up and tidy that side of the engine bay.
Actually your whole car looks neat and tidy :D
