How much did it cost to widen some alloys ?

Just FYI it's illegal to widen a single piece allow wheel. Multi-piece wheels can be re-barrelled but cutting and welding an alloy wheel isn't on.

Not trying to be a smart-arse, I have no idea about the strength of a quality welded alloy wheel. Just piping up in case you weren't aware.

Thx smy. Thx for that but well aware. For a show rim it would be fine, not street use.

I bought some used NB2 wheels from him. Friendly guy & good communication. Wheels arrived in slightly worse condition than I expected but that was probably my fault for not checking them properly. Was a chip in one I wasn't expecting that was a bit deeper than the overall rash. Anyway, cheap 2nd hand wheels, what can you expect?
