New shoes.... 15x9 Tungsten 6ULs..
They took forever but worth the wait. The offset is the same as 15x8s but because of extra inch, they are much more flush to the guards.
They look so much better IMO..

It was dry for a very short time today so took opportunity to mount them on.

Hope you like...

Thanks..

True, they are not too far off the Nickels, they do appear to be slightly darker in the photos.. I will have to see these in different lights personally..
They are much more prettier than the matte bronze..

Tyres are Hankook RS3 225/45/15.
And they are not yet aligned, will have to visit Spinning Wheel for alignment..

cool, looking at these photo's the 9's don't give too much poke at all.. if any (i went for the 8's for this reason) - also intend on running the same tyre specs as you!

I want Tungstens! They look so good, but kinda clash with your black/bronze scheme.

Any noticable difference in handling between the 8" and the 9"? Any need for rolling the fenders at all?

Looks good. Do you have the weight of a wheel and tyre?

+1 Bronze looks better on black cars IMO (at least they match your non-bronzed Mazda bonnet emblem)

yeah been black/bronze for a while so time for a new look.
And Lokiel will not stop with bronzing the emblem comments.. haha

I will have to look into getting the tow hooks to be in silver colour?
But will leave the number plates in the gold/black style.

Did not measure the wheel+tyre weight unfortunately, when they come off the car next time I will do the measurement.
Just need the weather to improve to go out for a good drive.

Looks great!
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Have you had a chance to do any testing of temps with the bonnet vents?

Did his mate switch to Bronze 6ULs and "bronze" the emblem?
