Yes they are Rota Rb's. They are the 'hyper black' version. In real the centers are a gunmetal colour. It can be quite subtle in some lighting as it has a bit of a sheen to it.

It looks pretty similar to the Hardeman's old turbo track car. A very successful package. We used to call it the Angry Bee.
