Mca X series would give you the same performance as reds at a lower price point.
Bushes - again this is a minefield subject. My recommendation is have a look at them, if they are ok leave them alone.
Replacement urethane can give issues quite easily. Also you can change the coilovers quickly and easily with out nessiciarly needing a wheel alignment (unless you have a significant change in ride height)
Bushes will take a good solid weekend, need a hydraulic press and need a full wheel alignment.

Re: YellowSpeed or BC Racing Coilovers?
Who is installing the chosen coilovers?
As suggested inspect the bushes and replace if required. The decision will be if to use OEM or free floating bushes. The next will be if DIY or shop doing the bushes. If going free floating bushes consider installing grease nipples as well. However, if doing DIY allow at least a weekend to do bushes and coilovers.
There is some discussion on how the bushes should be tightened, with or without load. If you are using OEM bushes or poly bushes where the metal sleeves are bonded then yes the suspension needs to be loaded to prevent binding. However bushes with separate selves (free floating) normally don't need to be loaded.
