Idle speed control valve?

Idle speed control valve?

Hi guys, wondering if anyone has tried to pull and clean their ISC valve on a 96 1.8?
Sometimes when on the overrun my idle hesitates at 1500 rpm before dropping down again.. Thought I would try to clean it out but not sure if this will help it. ( or if it's serviceable)
Have cleaned the MAF sensor. Someone suggested coolant temp sensor as well but I'm out of ideas?

I'm under the impression that mine also needs a clean. Interested to hear a response.
