Normally I get about 380klm to a tank of fuel.....just got 440klm after replacing the cat

If the old cat was clogged the engine would have not run as efficiently, usually with less power meaning you'd use more throttle etc to get to speed and stay there.
So it may help a bit, but if imagine a lot of those extra km are a one off.
Measuring fuel economy isn't am exact science, running the tank a single litre lower than normal could buy 10-20km
