MC Motorsports not trading?

I heard a rumor that MC Motorsports has been told to stop holding any motor racing or use of their track, does anyone know if this is true?

An event was cancelled after a noise complaint, there's been a lot of facebook discussion but no official posts from the RAC DTC as far as i've seen.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
