Hi guys,
I have a dash squeak that is driving me crazy - I have an idea why it is happening and it's my own doing... I used to have a dash mat - removed it.. have been using aerospace 101 on it every once in a while and I think that is making it squeak when it is rubbing... it is driving me insane... or it is something else that is squeaking in the dash area - don't think it suspension or engine related..
Any ideas how i can either sort the dash gaps so that there isn't anything to be shiney and squeaky?
Cheers
Brad

Re: Dash squeak
I pushed a little bit of black foam into the corner between the dash and windscreen which fixed mine

Re: Dash squeak
ahah yeah ok will try that... now i'm getting a slight dash rattle..
although now i'm thinking it could be the leather driver seat rubbing the centre console or rear firewall or what ever it is called... either way i'm starting to go batshit insane...

Re: Dash squeak
Is the passenger seatbelt buckle loose, or tucked into the slot? When it's loose it can rattle a lot, though it's not the dash noises can bounce around in the cabin and passengers never tuck it back in.
