Most dealership services (ie: the car is basically new) are just an oil change, wipers, and plug in the computer.

This must be a worldwide formula.
When I was in the US, I replaced my windscreen wipers just prior to a service (2 weeks to be exact) and was shocked to see that I'd been billed for new wipers.
After arguing with them about this, because I could not produce a receipt for my original wiper blades to prove it (who keeps a receipt for wiper blades?), I took it on the chin and never went back.
I did take great pleasure every 6 months when they called me to remind me that a service was due and I related my previous experience with them, pointing out how could I possibly trust them to service my car when they couldn't even tell the difference between brand new wiper blades and ones that needed replacing.
