Hi All
Anyone with an NC had this problem, I am running goodwin headers with standard midpipe and muffler, relocated the O2 sensor further down the midpipe per the mod instructions, while the car is running no CEL but once I turn it off and restart it CEL comes back on and I have to reset again, first start after the reset all is fine but let it cool down and restart and the light is back on, any suggestions?

Re: NC CEL Problem
you'll need an OBD2 reader to find the code, we will be able to help then

Thanks Reggie
Thought that maybe it was a common problem, looks like I will have get a reader.

Re: NC CEL Problem
if the O2 sensor extensions are touching the exhaust they will short. It may throw a code, but the car won't start as it will keep blowing the IGN fuse.
Depending on the year of the NC it could be a thermostat code its throwing.

Re: NC CEL Problem
Did you relocate both O2 sensors, to either side of cat? Or can you get away with just relocating one and removing the other?

Re: NC CEL Problem
Just relocate the lower sensor further down the midpipe past the secondary cat.

Re: NC CEL Problem
Ahh ok, I thought you had to relocate both, one pre and one post to measure the differences between the two. Glad I went with the midpipe with preinstalled O2 bungs!
